ACCESS STATEMENT The Blacksmiths Arms is set in a rural village on the main A275, 1 mile North of Lewes, in the direction of Chailey. Car Parking: 22 spaces located at the rear of the premises. No allocated disabled spaces. Access to car park via slope from road. On leaving, turn left for your safety and turn round 100m up the road. Bedrooms: 4 letting rooms accessed by means of stairs with 14 treads and hand rail to one side. No lift. All bedrooms are double-bedded with en-suite bathrooms, shower over bath. Access to bathrooms on the same level as bedrooms. Tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. Broadband/WiFi connection possible. Public Areas: Restaurant/Bar. No separate lounge area. Breakfast is served in the pub/restaurant on the ground floor. Inglenook fireplace with real log/coal fires, and full central heating in bedrooms and all public areas. Public Toilets: One Ladies, one Disabled and One Gents (2 cubicles) on the ground floor. Terrace: 4 tables on the terrace adjoining the car park.
